| Mission Service Supply is a company that strives to create a customer niche based on superior customer service. Originally based in Fayetteville, AR the company was founded for the purpose of providing video, audio-visual, and audio equipment for those involved as missionaries in the United States and around the world. In 1987 the operations were purchased and moved to the present location in West Monroe, LA. While continuing to focus on churches and related ministries, the growing capability and technical expertise of the staff has allowed the company to expand into all areas of the audio / video marketplace. Churches and religious markets continue to make up the most significant percentage of our customer base, however, businesses, schools, broadcasters, medical professionals, legal professionals and governmental agencies account for a growing percentage of the satisfied people who do business with MSS. Many vendors such as Sony, Panasonic, JVC Professional, Avid Technologies, Telex, and ElectroVoice have seen the market dominance of MSS and selected the company to be a prime distributor of their products. MSS has designed, sold and installed systems all across the nation as the customer needs dictated, with primary emphasis in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi. Many of our manufacturers have selected Mission to be the exclusive dealer of products in the Ark-La-Miss area. Mission Service Supply has become the market leader in computer based editing systems in the Ark-La-Miss. Our expertise in this area allows for the introduction of these solutions into multiple market segments. MSS is also one of only a hand full of companies in Louisiana, Arkansas and Mississippi to offer Video Teleconferencing equipment system design, sales, installation and training. Market share, technical expertise, available product lines and the ability to offer training on what we sell are all advantages to doing business with Mission Service Supply.
